FAQ
Straight answers
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Caddie runs on Anthropic’s API, whose terms exclude customer data from model training — and we don’t train anything on your data either. Your notes stay your notes.
Can my manager see my notes?
Not unless you share them. Sharing is something you do, per item or per category, to a person or a team you pick — and every grant is read-only and revocable. There is no admin view of your book.
Does it handle patient information?
No, by design. RepOrbit stores your own working notes and de-identified references — no patient names, identifiers, or imaging. That’s not a missing feature; it’s the reason the app can be rep-owned.
What happens if I change companies?
RepOrbit is yours, not your employer’s. Sign up with a personal email — and when you want your data in hand, Profile → “Export my data” gives you the whole thing as one download, every table plus your files. It moves with you the way your relationships do.
iPhone or Android?
Both — plus a real desktop app. RepOrbit installs from the browser on anything, which also means updates arrive without an app store in the way.
